Keeping fit requires regularly riding so we aim to arrange mid week training sessions on the road to compliment weekend riding.
In the winter season, we organised for club members studio cycling sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday at Charterhouse sports club. This starts in late September and carries on through to May. From September to December the session are for 60 mins, Jan to May the sessions are 90 mins.
In the spring/summer we organise hill reps on a Thursday evening. One of our favoured locations starts at Pride of Valley pub at churt and goes up Beacons Hill along the tilford road. There are other alternatives around Godalming town.
