Brick Sessions

The club runs a bike-run session (“brick”) once a month, typically on the second Sunday of the month. The sessions are generally quite social but the group will typically split based on the pace people are most comfortable with.

The format is typically as follows:
  • 40km bike
  • 10km trail run
Between May-September the sessions are run as a swim-bike-run with the swim either taking place at Quay Swim at Mychett or Guildford Lido. Sign up on the club calendar.
