Obviously no one is brave enough to post for this weekend! Might be watching son in downhill race at Rogate snow permitting...
If anyone else is interested:-
For the 3rd year I'm going on this trip based next to the Marin Trail in North Wales.
http://www.cyclingholidays.org/tours/solo.php?Tour=1209
The group splits into 2 groups, I go with the slower less skilled group. The tour leaders know the area very well. One day they use the Marin Trail another day they ride the mountains just west of Conwy and on one day they have gone to the Llandegla Trail Centre.
Hello girls and boys. Whats happening this Sunday? Whos up for it? Bless you Arek
Ride from Godalming up to the PunchBowl cafe. Meet at the station, 9am for a 9:15am start. See the calendar entry for more details http://www.vcgh.co.uk/node/1243
Any questions, just ask. Greg.
Julie has just mentioned that BIGTWIN has a ride organised so I have cancelled the one I posted. I didn't check the forum out.
BIGTWIN, it's great you are leading rides but you need to be added to our ride leader list with permissions to edit ride calendar. This is for insurance purposes as well as helping avoid duplication of rides going out on the same day.
I'll see you Sunday. I will also post your ride up.

Heading out for some not too extreme paced XC and inclines at 930 from Chilworth Footie Pitch again. Been near to death with a bad Man Cold for a couple of weeks, which failed to respond to mince pies and booze, so it's not going to be an endurance race pace event.
All welcome. Any questions, mail me.
- Friday, 13th January @ The White House public house, Guildford 8pm onwards.
See you there?
Evening all - By no means an official ride - Am off for a very slow and leisurely c.50 minute loop from Peaslake public car park (behind the pub) 1930HRS Friday with a mate - unless it goes crazy at work.
Down the road a little, then up the easy wide track to the hill fort, Yoghurt Pots, Telegraph, then back down to the pub for a cheeky quick one. (Decent front and rear lights essential - Gloves and thermals might be in order).
If you fancy coming along, drop me an email.
We will be going out on a ride Sunday morning to burn up the Christmas cals. Leave Godalming Station at 9.15am heading Peaslake way to explore some of the technical singletrack around Pitch Hill. Expect a mix of blue and red runs, with a stop at Peaslake stores for a coffee and a cheese straw, no doubt. Back around 12.30pm to 1.00pm with any luck. Weather forecast looking promising but no doubt there'll be lots of debris everywhere due to the winds. Have sent an email to confirm to members.
.. and a good video to watch. I could hardly watch it all the way through
Hi All
This ride will now start and end at Thursley Cricket Club. The ride will NOT start at Godalming station.
Meet at 9 for a 9.15 departure.
I decided to change as this makes sense for people trvaelling by car.

Hi
A very late post I know but I will be going out for a ride tomorrow morning and the weather looks good (at least until the afternoon). No tea stop, probably going over Puttenham way (although Thursley / Hambledon is also possible) and intend on being back for 12., if not before
Depart at 9am
Please bring tubes, tools and helmet
Nick
Sorry for late posting but had trouble getting on VCGH website. Planning a shortish loop from Godalming Station heading over to Albury way and possible stop at Peaslake, though this may change. Mostly blue/red trails, some technically challenging. Bring usual gear plus coffee stop money. Hope to be back in Godalming by 12.30pm so not the epic of last time (sorry Paul!).
I see there's nothing on the cally, but if anyone fancies it, I and Julie (Dakin) will be headding out for some XC over to the Hills for the usual fun - BKB, Pots, Telegraph and all that. If anyone is interested for fun, I'll take a couple of radios and those that fancy a giggle can do some timed runs.
Hi
Probably going over to the Devil's Punchbowl although I know that Julie went there recently. Details in the calender
Nick

Will be doing a ride over Hankley/Punchbowl/Hambledon way Sunday. Due to clocks going BACK will be leaving at the more civilized time of 9.30am from Godalming Station. Expect a bit of mud! Mostly blue trails, mileage about 25 -30 miles, not too much climbing except to Gibbet Hill. Maybe quick coffee stop at NT cafe. Back about 12.30pm to 1pm. Bring usual tools, helmet, change etc.
Julie
Hi
Due to the final finishing at 10.30 we will meet at Godalaming train station at 10.45 for a departure shortly after.
Full details in the calender, so hope to see you there
