Route length is currently 78 kms but there is opportunity to shorten, dependant on the group (and amount of coffee consumed). This ride will be set at a very comfortable pace of no more than 23kph average and focus will be on close group cycling. A very easy one i.e. anyone exceeding 150 BPM will be buying the coffees !!!!

A friendly introductory ride to 'Road Cycling' at a gentle pace covering approx 40km done in 20km loops, so that if you get tired or have particular time constraints, then you can peel off at the appropriate point. We will stop along the route for a social coffee / tea and munchies.
