Anyone who's ridden with me lately will be well aware that I could use putting in the miles this winter.

So, now that I'm happyily married I intend on abandoning my wife to sweat it out on a turbo trainer, but I don't have one yet.

I'm not looking for anything too fancy but I'm willing to pay up to £90 for something in good condition (prefferably with adjustable resistance on the handlebar), so if anyone is upgrading or knows someone who might want to shift their's for a few quid then please let me know.

I'm moving from schraeder to presta valved tubes as both my new mountain bike and road bike have this type - I don't want to have to keep or carry 2x types of tube dependant on which mountain bike I'm on and always be fiddling about swapping my pump over between the two types.

So I have 5x schraeder (car type) 26" inner tubes, suit 2-2.25" tyres, these are used and have been repaired but I've checked them all in the kitchen sink so they're good to go, ideal spares etc.

£10 the lot or swap for some presta type tubes?!

I am having to take some time off the mountain bikes for health reasons , am going to sell the specialized enduro on ebay soon,, if anyone wants more info please let me know

Anyone got a spare mtb front mech? It needs to be 31.8 dia or larger with shims and bottom/dual pull. I need it for the bike i'm taking to Wales, so happy to buy or borrow one just to finish the dam thing off!

The only major differences are that mine is brown in colour, has Alexrims ACE-19 wheel rims and a Selle SMP Saddle.

Has bosses for fitting mudguards, pannier racks and 2 bottle cages.

I bought a long sleeve jersey last year from a similar offer selection at lidls and it's a lifa material and lasted well, can't go wrong for the money I'd recon, I might try a pair of the shorts but I'd be wary of some of the bits but some stuff has to be worth a punt?

Selling a set (front and rear) of Avid Juicy 5 disk brakes, silver calipers & levers, both post mount.  Well used but in working condition (pads about 50% used) - no rotors or mounts though.  Looking for around £45 ovno.  Can do pictures if required.

I'm doing the Dragon Ride in south Wales on 5 June and I was goingto be doing it with a friend of mine, but unfortunatly he has had to pull out because his sister in law has very inconsideratly scheduled her wedding on the day before.

So his ticket is going spare. He's entered into the medium (c.75 mile) route but you can use the entry to do the longer route if you like.

The event is now sold out so if you wantedto get  ticket and failed then this is your opportunity.

Might be after some 120mm forks, if anyone has anything for sale?  Prefer something like a Reba Team with maxle to fit my wheels.
