Talking to a guy at work today and he mentioned that the cycle hire business at Alice Holt has been taken over by the same people who run the hire at Bedgebury Forest in Kent - www.quenchuk.co.uk/. Apparently, there's also funding in place to build a red-grade trail at Alice Holt and building will start over the winter.
