Hilly Ride to Box Hill

Event Date: 17 Jul 2010 (Sat), 8.30am depart

Meeting Place: Milford Station (south side), Ride Leader: Aldano

Ascent: Five good climbs, Tea Stop:  Box Hill

Avg Speed/Pace Style: Difficult to say with this much climbing, Distance: 100km

Route: 

Todays ride is for the "King of the Mountain" jersey - heading to Boxhill for coffee over Horsebox Hollow, Holmbury Hill, Whitedown and Coldharbour, Phew - so put your climbing legs on and be prepared for a strenuous ride!

Special Notes: 

Bring a good supply of energy products and get a good nights sleep Friday!

No one is going to be dropped; we will simply wait at the top of the next hill until everyone is recovered and ready to go. Bring the usual, Money, Food, Gels, Helmet, Puncture repair kit and enough clothing to fend of the seasonal weather.
