Following the trips to Wales I have BB problems with both my bikes.
My cube has an external simano hollowtech bb and appears to have some play in it, can these simply be tightened up with the right tool or is it game over, use it til it get's really bad and replace? The BB (and the bike) is only about 8 months old.
My recently built Rockhopper has a square taper bb fitted and I'm getting some creaking which I think is coming from the bottom bracket, is this normal and again can this typically be sold by nipping it up a little?
Got a few bits on order already so guessing it's time to start investing in some tools..
