Racing; take your marks!

in case you are not aware, and care to become aware, I am going to try my legs and lungs at some more road races in 2010. Sunday March 7th sees me entered for an event that takes in Ifold, Plaistow and Kirdford from 0930hrs 'til about 1130hrs. So if you're passing, gi'us a shout!

Good luck Rob - first race of

Good luck Rob - first race of the year can be a bit difficult. It´s the wifes birthday so I wont be there to support you. I´ve been in Portugal for 10 days where I thought I would cram some kilometres in but there have only been two dry days. My first LVRC will be 8 April at Blackmore, Essex. Wonder if it´s the same circuit I remember from 1970.
