I have a "Clements" steel road frame and various attached parts almost entirely dating from the 80s!
Reynolds 531 butted main tubes. "Large offset" steel fork. Relaxed touring angles with mudguard eyelets. 27" wheel size and approx. 55cm equiv. frame - I'm around the 6ft mark.
Long rear dropouts with separate detachable derailleur hangar (you might be able to convert it to a fixie).
This "bike-kit" is not sold as ready to ride, and I make no guarantee as to its roadworthiness:
Dangerous 27" wheels (worn out and loose spokes), useless brakes (new blocks fitted to rear)!
I spent a few quid to put it back on the road 5 years ago, and rode it once - Offers in excess of 5 quid - alternatively, anyone know of a local charity that might want it?
