Fork servicing

Can anyone recommend a place for fork servicing (and identify whether they've had their own forks serviced by their recommended place)?

The only time I've had some

The only time I've had some forks serviced, I dropped them off at the bike shop and they sent them back to the distributors to be serviced.  All done and dusted in a week, so I was happy with that.  I know a lot of riders use either Mojo (Fox only) or TF Tuned for servicing and you often see TF Tuned being recommended on other MTB sites, so they might be worth checking out.

i don't think many shops do

i don't think many shops do any fork servicing these days as there are so many different standards and variants and they are very complex things. As far as I'm aware everything ends up at Mojo or TFT with service costs dependant on model but around £80 + parts?

I seem to remember a certain lbs in Godalming that did some fork servicing but I doubt the end result was anywhere near as good as it should have been for what is probably the most important part on the bike.

Yup, what Mark said really.

Yup, what Mark said really. Although Windwave (UK Marzocchi ditributors) do have a list of certified shops on their site.

I called Windwave today about getting my Marzocchis serviced ~£60-80 with a 1-2week turnaround (They're busy apparently)

I've used TFTuned before too and they come highly recommended from me. Fast too, but maybe a little more pricey.

Haven't used Mojo so don't know about them.
