⬜ Cycling jerseys x3
⬜ Breathable waterproofs & good windproof gilets for riding in the mountains
⬜ Cycling shorts – 2-3 pairs (padded recommended)
⬜ Cycling shoes (2nd pair recommended in case of consecutive rainy days). Check cleats for wear and tear.
⬜ Socks
⬜ Scarf/bandana to cover back of neck for warmth or protect against sunburn
⬜ Arm-warmers, knee or leg warmers for changing weather conditions
⬜ Compression tights for after ride recovery
⬜ Warm casual wear for evenings i.e. sweatshirt, tracksuit, jeans
⬜ Fleece/hoodie - useful in the evenings
