Congratulations go to……… Fiona & Karl who are now officially Ironmen!! They both took part in the IRONMAN UK TRIATHLON battling against 1500 competitors in the wind rain & mud. Fiona sprinted home to get a fantastic 2nd in her class with 12hrs 44min and 49secs which was lucky because if she was 1st in her age she'd have to do it all again in Hawaii in two months time – phew! Karl finished in an amazing time of 11hrs 21mins and was 130th overall and 27th in his particularly hard age group.
